And we have made it...had to wait on the nepbew but hey hes on vacation so why not. Everything pretty calms out here . Slight gusts but feels good. Will keep you guys updated.

Guero, any sign of the rut in Uvalde?? I hunt about 8 miles west of Uvalde and I believe I remember you are also on the west side of Uvalde

Well went back out this morning...shot a doe, but never found her. Followed the trail till she jumped two fences and then disappeared. Luck is changing, all in all was a good trip.
