We are near Mullin as well. Last weekend in the ice I saw the most deer of any time this year. Strong rutting activity. Especially mid day Sunday. I rattled In a buck for my SIL and daughter took a doe. No doubt they will be hammering corn from here on out.

Patience is the key

We are on the slowdown with the rut but deer are hitting the feeders heavy now. The extreme cold last week or two seemed to prolong the end of the rut with more activity. Wife and I had 5 bucks over 15" and one small 4 point at our feeder yesterday. I've got the feeders set for two afternoon feedings now. Five and five thirty to accommodate the heavy feeding for the bucks that are drawn down from the rut. Good luck out there.

I am kg68's brother. Bucks were working hard today on my place in Mills county. All of them had their nose down and trailing. Not sure what rut it is.
