I have seen hogs around cattle in fields from a distance. Dont know if they will eat together around a feeder. But have seen them together in a field eating it up. Cows didnt seem to mind them being there.

I see them together all the time. Saw a group of 8-10 larger hogs mixed in with those small black cows (heifers?). Had to double take, was just blankly staring at the cows when i realized some were large hogs

I actually look harder when I find cows out in the open, I think the pigs like em.

The cows on our property readily knock over feeders to get to the corn. So, if you are using feeders to bring in your hogs, make sure they are securely mounted/staked otherwise the cattle can ruin your hog's "dinner bell".

Do cows screw up hog hunting? I guess that depends on what you mean. We have found that the hogs in our area enjoy the comforts and protections of hanging out with the cow herds.
