We have a hole right off the road by a bunch of houses. One lady in there is just a bunny hugging activist that hates hunting. She use to honk and yell at us till they passed hunters harassment laws, so then she started calling GW on us making up stuff. Well old GW knew me and never even bothered with it. Few years ago the new GW didn't know about here and came out and really bent us over until he figured out who I was. ( bunny hugger said we were poaching and killing hundreds of ducks and shooting fully automatic guns ) So drought hits and we haven't hunted it in 3 years. Rain got to it and it was holding ducks. So before I went I called my GW told him where I was hunting and about lady, he says no problem have fun. I also decided to call sheriff office also because she would have them buzzing all over the place, they also said no problem. Well we really got to wake her up this morning!! Had a great hunt Several larg strings of ducks and some good shooting and we were out of there in no time. Pretty cold and old PETA im sure was pretty pizzed!

I don't always shoot deer, but when I do, I prefer B&C's.

Looks like a great shoot and I love the back story! You really gotta be careful with those full auto shotguns though in the future...

Looks like a great shoot congratulations to the hunter.

Good deal on the PETA women, that would be a great wake up call for her...

Nice morning in the ice

I'm come to the conclusion that those hippie, tree huggers are crazier than us waterfowlers

Great job both on ducks and letting tree huggers know we will hunt even with their whining

Got one for tomorrow that was still open because of the mallards on it. Hope they are there tomorrow. Then I have a spring fed diver hole for Sunday. The rest are locking up. Had about 25 grays and mallards in a 10 ft hole on one. I think this is really gone to hurt us as far as building up duck numbers during the split. Looking like locked up ponds till Thursday. frown
