Ya'll becareful!
I have already had 3 groups cancel for tomorrow and Saturday due to the ICE.
75 is literally shut down and Trucks and cars are all over the ditches!
Next Couple of days are NOT going to be Good!
Please take your time or hunt close as it will not be good driving down roads that aren't traveled!

I'm driving south to giddings and caldwell tomorrow. Have Dash in a retriever hunt test and pointer hunt test Saturday, then a second pointer test on Sunday. So much for sleeping in my truck.
But if I was not committed to the hunt tests I would have already relocated someplace north or west of DFW and settled in to hunt through the weekend. Some of my best hunts have been when everyone else thinks it too bad to get out. Depending on where I stay Saturday night, I might even get in a quick duck hunt Sunday morning before the hunt test.

You all be careful on those roads down there. Our roads are bad up here in Oklahoma. I'm thankful out split is right now, because I know I'd be out in this nasty weather if our season was going right now!

4x4 is great for mud and snow, but not the sheet ice we are getting. Even with chains all the way around it still a little dangerous.
