I bought two of the Bushnells and I cannot get more than a month or two out of them. I've even set the delay up to 5 minutes. Even with Lithium batteries (that aren't cheap)) the life stinks.

+1 guess I got a "lemon"

I just bought a browning spec ops and it has the built in viewing screen. Had it out for a little over a month and the batteries were low already. Takes really good photos though.

my browning is a recon force and can go 2 months or more on 1 set of batteries... i would rather have awesome photos than awesome battery life... and 2 months is a long time to me when the old school cameras i got would be lucky to go 2 weeks

Browning cams are made by moultrie.

I think moultrie 880 and 990i is the best bang for your money. I got some of the m80's from 2011 and they are still going strong.

I bought the Leupold RCX-2 System. Very happy with the setup. Has wide and narrow angle triggers, 45 degrees wide angle picture and triggers out to 95 ft. Controller comes with it to see what the camara sees as you set it up, makes it very easy to adjust for view. SD card in each and you download the images direct to the controller, walk away from camara and look at them later. Limits how much time you spend in the area. Awesome setup for the money.

Bushnell trophy cams get the highest scores on all the testing sites like chasing game etc.

Bushnell Trophy Cam and Moultrie M80

Best value-priced trail cameras I've seen.

I have a Covert MP6 and am very happy with it. It doesn't take the best night pics in an open field, but for a $120 cam, I can't get to upset.

If you're lucky Cabela's has a great deal right now. Bushnell 5MP Trophy Cam for $80. I'd jump on it if I had the money.

Moultrie M-880's are excellent. Bought two this year on Amazon for $125 each shipped. Put Energizer Ultra Lithium batteries in them 3 months ago and have over 900 pictures from each, and battery life still shows 250 days remaining. Picture quality is impressive as well. Plan to buy two more soon.
