Hey guys I'm wanting to get some info on the actions that I should look into if I wanted to sell some doe and management hunts.

Is there any additonal permits or license needed like a captains license when guiding fishing trips?

I do know i need to have a release of Liability wrote up other than that I am in the dark here. Thank you for the help.

Like Scott said and if you are worried about getting sued get insurance on the place.

will a signed release of Liability be a good move or would it not hold up?

You have to also buy a license through the state if you sells hunts in the property. There not bad they price by acre they have different acre brackets.

How many farmers/ranchers have any type of license to allow leasing of their property for hunting? My guess would be less than 5%. I would bet that less than 5% even report any income from the lease money.

I have seen and have game wardens check our places and few of my buddy's ranches

Don't matter to report income or not
