Went out to a spot I haven't hunted all year. It's been a great spot the last three years. I figured with two fronts that have pushed through the birds would be stacked here. Well was I ever wrong. There were a few birds. Had 5 hooded mergansers come in and 3 spoonies. I passed as It was a slow morning anyways. Stayed out til 9 and saw where the mallards were headed now I got a line on em.

Sometimes it's nice to just get watch the light sneak through the early morning clouds and listen to the chi chi birds. It's not always about a limit
