I already have one Winchester Model 70 Classic Sporter 25-06. but I would like to have one in 308 and the model 70 heavy varmint in 22-50. sako finnwolf 308 savage 14 American classic in 250 savage nice varmint type Ar in 260

Dream guns
Holland and Holland, double, elephant cartridge Nice bolt action, iron sights, 375 HH mag Historic Colt pistols, 1st Gen SAA, Dragoon, Walkers, 51 Navy, 60 Army, WWI and WWII era 1911s. Every major rifle carried by the US Military infantry in battle starting from the Revolutionary war. Fox side by side shotgun, 20 gauge

Mine is simple and affordable, so I guess I'm lucky.
CZ 527 Carbine in 7.62x39 topped with an IOR Valdada fixed 4X.

I already have the firearms I want. But if I were to add one more, it would also be the Sharp's Quigley rifle in 45-110. I would love to play with one of those with the iron sights and shooting long range with them (500 to 1K yards).

I think I'd seek out rifles of unusual caliber, like .348 Winchester, .405 Winchester, and I even have a a soft spot for the old .300 Ouch & Ouch. There are others, too. I dunno though...I find it impossible to dream of only one gun.
