...and I didn't even shoot it. Took my buddy out yesterday and my 3 year old daughter. Wanted him to shoot this cull last year but he didn't make ARs. Last year he was a 7 with a twisted main beam and this year he grew a little pencil sized point on the other side. Anyway, deer came out at 700 yds or so and disappeared into the tree line before coming out right in front of us and running to the feeder. Before Brandon even had his gun ready my daughter said Daddy we need some sausage with cheese, some ham, some bacon. I had to explain that bacon and and ham comes from a pig so she replies well then we better shoot one of those too. Finally he shoots and she tries to bail out of the blind the second the gun goes off to go get the deer. The next 5 minute wait was an eternity for a 3 year old but I finally let her run down there. I was concerned she might not like blood but she grabbed him before I even had a chance to help her. I wondered when she might be ready to shoot something but next year I'm gonna let her shoot one if she can get proficient with my 22 first and then the 22-250. Can't wait.

Good choice on the 22-250 great gun no kick and if she has a good rest in the blind she will be gilden!!!

Oh wow! That is e very best deer hunting picture I've ever seen! She's got a great big smile and a strong grip on the antlers. Greatness!!! Sounds like y'all had a fun hunting trip, that's awesome  .
