Got my first deer of the year last night------on the way home from work with my truck. I got luck on the damage. My grill guard payed for itself. He, a seven point, came up a steep incline and stopped on the side of the road just in front of me. I slammed on my brakes and swerved to the left. Here he came. He committed suicide.
It's the time spent in God's creation with family and friends making memories that counts.

That is a tough way to get a deer.

are allowed to keep them? You can't just toss them in the pick up and take it home, but you can call out a game warden to give you a permit for it. He'll most likely saw off the antlers, but the rest is yours, legally.

Might as well no sense in wasting meat if you don't have to.

you must realize that fear is not real, It is a product of thoughts you create. Do not misunderstand, danger is very real, but fear is our choice!
