Talk about being busy. Chasing birds and driving a tractor has pretty much been my life lately. I like it though. Had just two guys from the club the Friday before last (11/8), hunting was semi slow and birds didn't fly until a little later. Were still done before 8:30 The next day Saturday (11/9) we headed to a spot north west of the rice. Guys shot their 24 ducks before 8:00am. The fella in the white hat had never gotten a full limit of ducks. Good times. Next day Sunday I had a request from some folks I took during teal season. Gotta love having kids on a hunt, never know what they are going to say, "hey, can I help you put out the decoys again!?" "Is it ok if we shoot the shore birds?" And my favorite, "you got a really cool beard." We ended up seeing a lot of geese that morning so I showed him how to work a speck call...he'll get it down one day. Hunting was tough, we ended up with 9 teal. Everyone had a blast though. Last Friday (11/15) I had 3 guys who wanted to smack some ducks. Had some spoons come in right at legal light and light on the water...then BOOM!! Jamie says, "I aint got no shame in my game." That's what I'm talkin about! Ended the morning with their 18 ducks at 6:50am. As we took some pics in the blind the pintails, gads, and of course spoons were pouring into the other blind behind us. It was a good show. Guys said it was their best duck hunt they've ever been on...good times. Next day Saturday (11/16) I had 4 guys from the club who wanted to kill ducks. After seeing the birds pile back into that hole I already knew where we were going. The wind was blowing from the south a little which made it even better for this blind. Fellas got their 24 ducks by 7:10am. Everybody had a really good time. Yesterday Sunday (11/17) I had 4 guys from the club. A few who I've hunted with before in the past. This hunt was much slower, and there could of been better shooting. They got their 24 ducks but were only able to recover 21, even with two dogs we couldn't find em. Just the way it goes sometimes. Ended the hunt at 8:30am. A few random pics. Just liked this shot for some reason Had some geese hit a field All in all it's been good.

Two kinds of people vote democrat. Rich people that don't have to work, and poor people who don't want to work.

I've noticed a bunch of spoonies in pics this season. Their pop numbers were also way up.
Dear Lord please bullwhip me for saying this but I agree, Marcstar is in the lead. Please nobody use this as a quote!!!
