So I ordered a scope recently. Got a good price from Natchez, with free shipping. Naturally, I was hot to get my hands on it, so I called them right after lunch. Gave the guy my name and he looked it up and said "it's been delivered, at noon". Well..heck no, that's not possible I told him. The house is 150 yards off the road and there's a locked gate. No way the guy coulda gotten here to make the delivery. Well...he said..."his electronic delivery note said he laid it at your front door". Hmmmp, says I...no way, but let me look. And there it was - laid at my front door. Well Ok, I'll admit that I'm clueless and stupid, but how the heck did he deliver it without my even noticing? Did he climb the fence? How?
Anyway...got my scope.
Not my monkeys, not my circus...
