Nilgai hunting is getting hot again! Had our first bull hunter of the fall out this past weekend. The pic is below! Was a blast and this bruiser weighed in at 800lbs and had 9.5" horns!

Have multiple options and have group hunt specials on the high fence hunts. All prices include meals and lodging and we have a cool setup at one ranch where we can do some night saltwater fishing off the pier for some reds and trout! Let me know if you have any questions!

REFUND CK BOUNCED The $1500 partial refund check promised to be sent out by Adam on 10/8 finally arrived 11/9 AND IT BOUNCED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!!!
HOW ABOUT THAT, ALL YOU ADAM DEFENDERS!!

Went last weekend with my son. Great management deer and a bobcat. One of our best hunts. Was hard to tell if the hunting or company (Adam and Cody) was more enjoyable. Keep up the advertising for them, they think it is great.

I don't get why people are bad mouthing okihuntr and are saying how his complaining is going to help double shot sell more hunts? Instead of taking sides why not ask questions and get more of an idea of whats going on before taking sides? Okie send a pic of the check with imp account numbers scratched out and leave the date, name, and letter from the bank saying its unsufficient. If that we're shown on here I would definitely not hunt with double outfitters bc there is no reason you shouldn't send a refund before a month of wanting it back. And if it bounced there should be zero excuse for that that. But if you can't prove that double shot did not send the check or if it bounced then why say negative things about his operation. I know if I were in your shoes I would do everything to cover my tail and prove I'm not in the wrong.

I would like to comment on this whole deal going on with Okihuntr...My name is Cody and I am Adams Business partner with DSO. I would first like to thank all the hunters and Outfitters on this forum that have supported us through this altercation with this gentleman. I generally take care of most of the invoices, payable's, and refunds when necessary for DSO. Adam has done a great job biting his tongue on this deal so I figured I would take a stab at and see if we could put this thing to a close. Ya'll all know the background on this problem...booking a date, changing the date, booking the date, changing the date...etc....to the point where it started to cost us money and leave us in a bad spot with the ranch owner by constantly changing dates on him. Anyway...Those of you that are in the Outfitting business, or pretty much any business, or have been hunting with an outfitter, you know the rules. You book a hunt you pay a deposit to hold the dates(now these dates can't be sold to another hunter). You cancel the booked hunt you lose your deposit, pretty simple. Fast forward to recent post earlier today by okihuntr...in the mix of hunting season and being extremely busy a mistake was made...OMG! After mailing a check to him that he said he never got, then sending him another check that he said he never got, I went to the bank and cancelled the checks like anyone would do. Then we come to find out when I received both checks return to sender that the address that we were given was wrong. So after a week of him bad mouthing DSO and Adam on this forum, we finally were given the correct address. At that point I mailed another check priority mail to him...this is where the mistake came into play. I forgot and or the bank forgot to unblock the transactions for the checks, therefore when I resent the check and he received it last week I would imagine it came back returned to him for stop payment. So once again the bad mouthing begins. Instead of a simple email or a simple phone call, here we go again. So to sum it up, Check was not returned for insufficient funds, account had a stop payment put on the checks that have been floating around in mail land for the past month. to resolve this issue, a cashiers check has been placed in the mail and sent out once again. if anyone has any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask. I assure everyone that we run a top notch business that does not lie, cheat or steal from anyone. Thanks you for your time and happy hunting!

Okie will you take some DSO bucks? I plan on using mine on my next hunt with DSO this spring. I'm pretty sure Cody covered why the checks didn't go through. And I don't blame them for doing such. It sounds like they are going above and beyond yet again to take care of you. Why don't you take things up with them privately instead of making it your life's priority to ruin there business….which by the way isn't going to happen. Even if you are right (which i doubt) be the bigger man or at least try acting as such and not like a 6th grader that got turned down at the homecoming dance. Bury the hatchet and move forward.

This is my last comment about this as I refuse to find it necessary to defend ourselves from the actions of someone else's wrongdoings. I am not a banker, I don't know how they post checks or what they stamp on them. If it said Insufficient funds then so be it, and as a grown man if you want to post pictures to try to prove some point then you do what you gotta do. In my hand I have a stop payment request for the check in question that was mailed the same day you you cancelled. In my other hand I have a receipt for a cashiers check and a tracking number that I would be happy to post to solve the issue. So you go right ahead and do what you think is necessary for you to sleep better at night. As for us, we haven't and are not going to lose any sleep over your comments or your threats, and for all of you that are undecided about us and this situation let us prove you wrong, book a hunt with us, heck just give us a call and talk to us.
