 Niece's first and daughter's biggest buck!!

Took my daughter and niece to the stand Saturday morning. Had a spike in mind for my niece's first deer and he finally showed up around 8:45 right in the middle of a game of hangman. She was able to get a shot from 65 yards and put one behind the shoulder with a 243. He made it ten yards.  Sunday morning my daughter and I finally saw the buck she called "big 8". Had trail cam pics of him until the first week of October then he disappeared. This is her biggest buck yet and I was glad she got a chance at him. Best part of the story is that I had already left for the ranch and she was going to sleep in. Wife called me and said daughter had changed her mind and would like me to come back and get her. So glad I did! This is my favorite deer in our house and I know I will never shoot one myself that makes me more proud than my daughter's "big 8"!  Also on Sunday one of my nephews shot a six point with no brow tines but I haven't seen pics of it yet. He's seven and lives for deer season. So blessed to have a place to hunt and an awesome family to share it with. Thanks for looking!
