Got up early and got down here a little early. I saw one coming down (yes, saw one with the moon light) and then heard one blowing. I scattered some ripe tarsals along the way and am looking forward to today. Wind should shift here later and the bucks are starting to roam a little. Central Eastland county.

Wonder where Seadog has been? I know he's not out to sea. Anybody heard from him. He said he was going to be hunting quite a bit when he got home.

Had late night kids with their Grammy just the wife and I but still got up after 3 hours of sleep to go sit in 70 degree temps with gusty winds I sure hope it pays off I just couldn't stay in bed during the peak of our rut and sitting at home during any part of deer season is impossible for me.

Live in Wise. Lots moving before Lst. One doe since. Big buck came by early heading towards neighbor. Neighbor shot at first light but shouldn't have a buck tag left. Might be an interesting conversation later today.

Same here kennylee, they just shot 8 yesterday and just fired again after I saw 7 heading there way

In eden not much moving. Had a young six come in for a few but I am not real hopeful for this morning

Had a nice 8 skirt right past me. He was interested in the tarsals I put out but kept moving. Dang it! I was getting my rifle rest I'm the window and he snuck past me. He did not respond to any grunts.

Callahan co. and the only thing I've seen was 3 dozen turky yesterday morn.

He didn't stop for corn either.

Just heard some pigs down the draw

Sitting in one of those chairs in a bag up against an oak. Dumped about 5 lbs of corn on the edge of the grass road that goes around my front tank before daylight.
A very nice 8 point we call Hoover (wife and i been watching him for 3 years)came and ate until about 3 minutes ago. Dang coyets yapping on the other side of the tank scared him off.
Wife has 2 young bucks eating at her feeder.

Have smal buck walking hillside, looked to be a 8, will be good next year, wasn't with a doe either

Buck I've been wanting chased a doe across the road. Never got closer than 400 yards on my side of the fence. Just popped a yote at 30 yards. Couldn't help myself.

So far, three does and two mature bucks since lst. None have come to the feeder and neither buck was within a comfortable range.

Have a big bodied 6 milling around... Been waiting on a monster 8 that came through yesterday morning hot on a doe.
