I was going to get that bow. I liked it and it felt good, but I ended up getting a deal on a Marquis.

I to was going to buy The Rock also, but after a visit to Basspro I ended up buying a RedHead Kronik, it is made for them by Diamond. I've had it for about two weeks and I love it.

longeye,
I just did the exact same thing. However, I had to order my Kronik.

You 100% satisfied with it so far???

Just borrow David's. That would be even cheaper!

I recently bought the Rock and love it. I must admit though that when I am shooting next to others with higher end Bowtech's or Mathews they are much quiter than mine. This being said, my Rock shoots like a dream and I have no regrets on the purchase for the money!

I have a Martin Phantom bow shot it for years.. My partner (work) bought me a DXT.. honeslty for the $$ i like the martin better.. it was easy to pull and I shot out to 70+ yards..

I just put it on ebay yesterday to sell.. my son has a Reflex.. shots AWESOME and is quite,,
send me a message if you interested..

I agree with whomever said it.. start with a inexpensive one and then go big..I bought my son one from WalMart.. shot his first deer ( 3 times at the same deer jumped the arrow) 3time ,,SMACK right between the eyes.. he was sold.. NEXT BOW PLEASE. My first bow was 3 yrs old when i bought it. Hoty... still have it in the closet.. like a relic or antique.
