Sorry guys Saturday morning we got 7 and Sunday we got 14 hunting wasnt to bad but did have a few issues with the guideds aparently there college students which doesn't bother me but they were hung over the first morning but didnt bother me they said they were going home after the hunt take a nap and come back and scout some other places. We camped on the property by the gate and they never showed up just left the decoys next morning had to call them at 545 to see if they were up ( they were) they said we were gonna hunt the same blind wind was changing. Wind never changed and birds weren't coming in they didn't really know about a mojo and I brought one, and told them I was gonna grab it. After that birds came in good and got 14. They slipped up and said they were partying agiain so if I had to rate them out of 10 I'd give them a 7 for the price they charge it wasnt so bad

A 7? Really? Sounds like a 2 to me.

They have NO BUSINESS guiding hunts. None.

I figured u get what u pay for and I paid half of what a good outfitter charges and we killed a few ducks atleast another thf member is hunting with them soon so we will see what his experience is with them hope its better then mine. I'm thinking they learned from there mistakes this past weekend and know what to work on

Whoever the member is that booked the hunt need to cancel and get a refund.

Please name them, they are not real guides IMO, sounds like a couple of wannabes just out to take some peoples money, people need to know about them.
I am not a fan of guides that hunt public water but it does give the good ones a bad rap because of these couple of knotheads.
Does not really matter if you killed a couple of ducks or not.

If it was half of what others charge I think I have a good idea who it is, but I won't say since I'm not sure and have no experience with them.

I aint got time for drunk partiers. I drank enough to float the Titanic again back in the day. I made some decisions some time back. One of those was to never let alcohol alter one second of any outdoor experience. I damn sure will not pay somebody else to do it. Drunks need not apply here. I aint against drinking, I just hate being around a freakin drunk! Might as well be a GD crackhead, as one mind altering chemical is no different than the other in my mind.

The must not be in college getting a business degree because that is TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Sounds like a 2/10 to me...

Hey at least you got some ducks. I've been on 3 guided duck hunts (2 with very reputable outfitters) and have yielded 0 ducks. Tapping on a little over $1,000 with nothing to show for it. They were on time at least..

Not killing sucks happens every once & a while

Heck we sucked it up Saturday with 4 clients. Not bc there weren't birds or u couldn't get em to work but bc of some jealous top waters, out if my control though

It is always in your control...you choose to hunt somewhere where others can affect you. I ain't hammering on you but you aren't going to get a sympathy pass from me guiding on public. Nature of that beast.

Post up their name! If you don't the duck gods will not be good to you all season.

Everything about this thread stinks. Come on here whining and crying about your guides standing you up on a out of town hunt. Their service was piss poor at best. They lied to you several times. They hunted with you, so 7 Sat and 14 Sun between 4 hunters kinda blows. I bet they did most of the killing also. Oh and you won't tell us who these knuckleheads are. Unbelievable!!
