We saw a few following the Does around....
Our lease took a couple Bucks (Both were Big thick 8 pts) and a Doe....

North of San Saba

The Bucks are def running.... We had a big 10 pt taken this past week at our lease.... over 24 inch spread.... NICE AND WIDE !!!!

Our place is just 5 miles SW of Saba and we've seen the bucks working does since opening weekend. Tarsals are getting darker and noses are to the ground. Which is VERY strange for our location this early in the season. A good cold snap and it'll be on like Donkey Kong. And I have Pac-Man fever!

Was down at the Lease over the Holiday weekend and the Bucks were still trailing the Does...
But the weather changed from Friday to Saturday definitely changed the patterns.. Friday they were moving around a bunch (cold morning), Saturday not nearly as much (was a lot warmer).
