It's nice to be able to scroll down on one post and see what hunters are bagging out there now that the deer hunting season is upon us. Here is a photo of a doe I took on Sunday, Sept 28th Opening weekend for Archery. Mathews Switchback @ 22 yds Wood County, TX I will be eating good this year!!!

little cull taken 11/2/08 at about 6pm .270 at 150 yards in the neck. meat in the freezer, now for the 130 class I caught a glimpse of!

I took this buck down at our place in Fredericksburg opening day at 7:40 in the morning. Field shot at 60 yards with a Browning A Bolt 300 WSM. He dropped right in his tracks.

Shot this deer Sunday morning about 7:45 west of Sonora, saw lots of deer all weekend early and late, slow after8:30 and before 5:00

My Daughters first deer. Yep, a proud moment indeed! This photo was taken 2 years ago. Now she wants to get a hog.

Guys,
Some of you might remembered me. This is Mohammad Ali. There was a topic " If anyone could help".I appreciated some of you who gave some essential tips for a very beginner.
Guess what, I did go hunting on Ist of Nov and shot a 4 pointers. I also went on 7th of Nov and shot a 8 pointers. I will post the pics pretty soon. 2 bullets 2 deers babe!I did go to indoor shooting for couple of time before i went on Ist of Nov.Again, I thank you all who really wanted to help. All others just go to the bridge and jump from there.

I have trully been blessed by God with a wonderful season to date. 9/27/2008 Bandera County before 8am Axis Bull Big body 30 inch beams 28 inch inside spread Remington 700 BDL .270 130 gr Rem Core Lokt Neck shot, DRT   11/1/2008 Bandera County 9am 8-pointer (kind of wish I hadn't taken him now but who knows what the future holds huh?) Remington 700 BDL .270 130 gr Rem Core Lokt Heart/Lung shot Ran 40 yards, dropped dead.  11/08/2008 Young County 5:40pm 10 pointer 17.5" inside spread 4" bases my biggest white tail yet Remington 700 BDL .270 130 gr Rem Core Lokt Heart/Lung shot Ran 30 yards, dropped dead.
