Congrats on a great hunt with both your sons. Your tribute was wonderful, as was the one from last year, and the screen is a little blurry. May God grant you peace and healing in time. Thank you for sharing

Wow, Congrats on the deer. My gosh, I am so sorry that you lost your Son at a young age. I have a 15 yr old Daughter and a 11 year old Son and I cannot fathom how it is to lose a Child. Your hunting story put tears in my eyes. God Bless You and your Family, and may God bring you all together someday. Good Luck the rest of the year.

I'm sittin here in my truck gettin ready to walk into work. Now I going to sit here for a minute with tears in my eyes and tell you that was the absolute best post I have read.....ever.

I pray our Lord and Savior will keep and comfort you to help ease the immeasurable pain that must be yours.

I thank you sir for such a wonderful tribute to your son.
Maybe I'll just lay out of work today and go home and just hold onto my children instead,

I've just within the month became a first time father and I can't imagine the loss you and yours have taken, but what a wonderful gift from son and God. The Lord smiles upon those who truly need smiling and He blesses those who need comfort in hard times. I pray that your family continues to be blessed and heal as a family and I know your son will always be smiling down on y'all as you venture on in the good hunt of life and game.

God Bless you and yours Fork Man

Gone but never forgotten. I lost my brother to cancer 19 yrs ago and still think about him all the time. I was only 12 and he was 8 when he passed away. Great tribute to your son and may God continue to bless and heal your heart. Oh and great buck. Congrats.

Sir, I have no words. My heart breaks for your loss but at the same time I rejoice for your son. May the knowledge that your son is with God, free or pain, and full of joy bring you peace. Thanks for sharing this special story with us, and congratulations on a beautiful buck.
