 2 hogs w/1 .308 round

My son shot these opening morning (camera date and time is incorrect) and when we checked pics last night the shot was on the trailcam. The shot severed the spinal cord on the lead hog and he stood stifflegged for little while, .308 168gr BTHP

Man I love taking 2 with one shot. If they are eating around a feeder they will almost always line up at some point. I've taken many doubles right through the head with my 270.

That's a cool pic! What .308 rounds were you using? Did the round stop in the second hog or exit?

Time on the camera is wrong it was a morning shot. He used a hornady TAP round with full penetration on both. It hit the second one in the spine too. He has been waiting on a double headshot but took what was there.
