Any luck in Jack County. None here. Did anyone see any rut activity? I seen no signs of the rut yet just West of Jacksboro.

No sir. I hunt east of jacksboro. Seen two very young bucks, they had no interest in the does. Nothing moved for me after 8am.

We are on the line of Jack and Palo Pinto Co. Wife shot an 8pt Sat at first light. Ruts not on yet. Young bucks are starting. Had a 4 point acting very brave when I left my blind.
Never used photoshop and never will. Photoshop is for liberals.

Saw 5 bucks Saturday morning and it didnt look like any rutting activity has started. I am between Bowie and Jacksboro.

Saw 2 bucks Sunday that were sniffing and appeared to be looking for estrous does, but nothing obvious yet.

Didn't get out this weekend, several fresh scrapes last weekend after the rain stopped on Sat night. They are getting closer.

Saw lots of young bucks chasing in Wise last weekend. Others have been seeing the same. I'd imagine the rut gets going in the next 7 to 10 days.
