Missed last few weeks of bow season due to work and finally got to check cams today. Worked most before bow season trying to figure out where to set up. Been corning with a feeder for awhile and only seem to get coons, squirrels,dogs, and an occasional doe/fawn and pig. Set up on random ATV trail and had alittle buck action with doe pee. Hunted with no luck. Scouted and set up cam on what looked like an active trail in the east texas bush.

Checked cams today and WOW. I had more activity on the trail cam than the corn feeder a hundred yards away. Lots of doe walking both ways, pig, varmits and deer. These are the 2 best buck. One looks like a winner. I have only seem him one other time a few weeks ago. The smaller deer, non shooter, shows up all the time. A doe came through and the small buck a few minutes later. A few hours later big boy came through.

Yep....easy to kill HF deer in ETX when you can push them into a fence.

No fence. Off 314 on the west side of lake Palestine. Bought 73 acres the first part of the year and have seem him on my cam twice. No where near a feeder

My old lease was out in that area, I wish I could get back on it, but can't get ahold of anyone from it. We had a lot of big deer there. Hunting around Jacksonville now. Some big deer, but all the pics I get of them are at night. Hope you get him.

laurendaniel1995...Just posting a little taste of the bickering we are seeing on the forum by those self appointed judge and juror's who are driving a wedge within this hunting community. HF, LF, bow, gun, game cam, feeder, scope, night scope... . We need to stick together. None of us are immune..... I wish Texas Fight the best of success and fully support his hunting rights.
