First post on here in a while but thought i would ask y'all...

Im a senior in high school and i have my class spring break trip where everyone is going to the Bahamas for a week. My mom has offered for me to take that money and go on a hunt with her somewhere instead. She took me on an archery black bear hunt last year. I told her i would only want to either go back to Argentina to shoot dove or go shoot something with my bow. What bow hunt would yall do during MARCH? (yes i very much so have a budget)

Thanks

Y'all need to work on your priorities grin Fish will always be there, you only get one shot at being "young"! lol444

BTW, you have a great mom sounds like to me, cuddo's to her for "hanging out with you".

Don't know what you would hunt then, but a fishing trip/cruise to Alaska would be cool, a little gold panning, some halibut fish'n, shoot, sounds like fun to me!!

Yep. I'm a few years out of college now, and I elected to skip some of those kind of trips with friends and instead go on hunting/fishing trips. I never once made it down to Padre for Spring Break.

For the most part, I do regret a lot of that. Sure, I had some dang good times myself. But for the most part, they can't compare with some the stories & experiences my friends came back with. eek2

Go with freinds on spring break, then go with them again on a senior trip. You have the rest of your life to hunt.

One Mom = (by the grace of God) 60 yrs. of your life
Senior Year = (again, at least for a few people I know, by the grace of God) 1 year of your life

The question this young man asked was, "What bow hunt would yall do during March?" Not whether to go with mom on a hunt or go to the Bahamas...

ya, we know but, it brought up memories of our senior trip and I am guessing from the posts above that mine wasn't the only one that was awesome.

Yeah, I don't remember my senior trip. I remember leaving for Port A, I remember coming home, but the middle is just a blur. I guess it was a good time.
