I have 5 new leases available
700 acres in Palo Pinto County, corn has been feed year round.
No Water or Electric, Camping available onsite.
Year Round Lease 3 guns at $2100 per gun.
Plenty of Hogs.

Is the Palo Pinto lease a total of 3 hunters? Sounds like a good deal.Wish it was available for next year. Are those prices for just this year or will they go up next?

Sorry for the confusion all of the leases are price per gun. If single hunters want to partner up on the leases I am fine with that as long as there are no issues between the hunters.

Email him like his post says. He is not responding to PM's. I met him this evening and leased one of the properties. They are all amazing looking properties. If he did not respond to your email it is probably because he has had so many responses. He is probably still meeting with the first responders to his post. I will say he is a stand up guy.

BT467 Thank you for the help, guys I apologize for not getting back to the PM I asked if you would reply to my email about the leases at michael@bulletsnbroadheads.com.
I have a 341 acre and a 350 acre lease in Parker County and a 700 acre in Palo Pinto County. You can ask BT467 how many deer are on the Parker County Properties.
Mr. Kory I have responded back to you numerous times by email below is one you sent and I replied back.
