My Polaris ranger has a full windshield.

During wet or humid weather, it fogs badly. Rain is worse.

I've seen windshield wipers for these but for the price, I could hire someone to sit on the hood with a rag.

What do you do to keep your windshields clear?

X2 on the rain x that stuff makes a huge difference as long as you put it on like the instructions tell you to.

I use the rain x wiper fluid in all of mt vehicles too and rarely ever need my wipers...even in a strong rain.

Don't put RainX on a plexi windshield. Ask any Harley driver. Clean it real well and apply Lemon Pledge then polish it up.

Hmmm. I'm embarrassed to say I don't know if it is plexi or glass.

I'd better check first. I doubt Lemon Pledge would hurt either one.

Thanks for the heads up.

I just checked their website. Clearly states 'on glass windshields only'.. There MAY be a marine version of RainX for Plexi, but in my searches, I did find out what is widely recommended, Lemon Pledge!

Yeh I didn't think about the plexi glass. Works great on glass though. Rain X water & bug repellent on the outside & Rain X anti-fog on the inside.

I keep my windshield washer bottle treated with the rain x concentrate. It works great.

I'm headed out in the morning and will check to see if the windshield is glass or plexi. I think it is glass, but never gave it a second thought.

I did pick up some Lemon Pledge yesterday. It won't hurt either material and just may work.

I didn't realize Rain-X had so many products. I have learned so much on this site. That's why I added the link to support the site in my sig line.

I'm headed to the auto supply for a couple of Rain-X products for my car. The anti-fog and rain repellant sound great. I think I had tried the wrong one before and didn't get the expected results.

most important you was dirt and sand off before wiping plexi windshield. Scratches very easy.

If you get the RainX you apply with a rag be prepared to put some elbow grease into it. Lot of work but works great. IMHO the wiper fluid works just as good and no work involved.

We use rain x on my buddies Mule windshield, it's some kind of plastic, I think it's actually Lexan, but not sure on that. I am going to try the lemon Pledge though. I also bought a nice squeegee to keep in the front basket, it gets used alot too.

I made a deal with one of Payne's hump day gals to sit inside and clean the fog off, noticed I didn't care about the outside area.

I'd have that whole interior waxed pretty good.

I have been told that if you clean plexi with Barbasol shave cream, it will not fog up. Need to give it a try.
