Public land bosque county. Got out at 520 put corn out. Sat down. Two mintues later the hogs show. Pork on the ground not five minutes into the hunt

Way to go. Curious, why did that ruin your deer hunt? Drag him off and get back in the stand. Anything is possible... Absolutely, especially when the rut is on or very close to it. I once shot a coyote and later saw five bucks without ever leaving the stand.
