The results of taking the girlfriend out for her first big hunt for blackbuck doe. We got to see several very impressive bucks while waiting for a exotic doe to come out. We managed to have one doe come out just before dark but she wouldn't come in close. The little .243 took her down at 230 yards. I think she's a little spoiled for most hunting after the animals she got to see on this hunt but it was a great time. Followed it up with a shooting trip Sunday Zoomed in pictures aren't great since I took them by holding the Iphone to my binoculars    This girl can shoot

Lucky man. Took me 6 yrs to get my wife to shoot a gun. Prob never get her in the woods.

I like how you say "little .243" as if its just a womans gun. so many guys with big egos that think it takes a big caliber to take a deer down or bigger is better. that little .243 will take down any deer or hog as easy as a big caliber and your girlfriend prooved it. Congrates to her.

What bolt gun is she shooting, is that an integrally suppressed MVP? Yup, an integral suppressed MVP I built as a Form 1. It's a real fun one to shoot or teach new shooters on. I like how you say "little .243" as if its just a womans gun. so many guys with big egos that think it takes a big caliber to take a deer down or bigger is better. that little .243 will take down any deer or hog as easy as a big caliber and your girlfriend prooved it. Congrates to her. The "little" 243 she was shooting is the same gun I have killed several large deer with over the years. It's all shot placement and so far I've picked my shots well enough that I have over 20 clean one shot kills with that rifle (whitetails, fallow, hogs, red deer, ect)using Federal 100 grain soft points.
