I built a mount for my iPhone on my bow and was finally able to video a shot on a pig. I had it zoomed in too much so I didn't really get an impact shot. I also trailed blood for a couple hundred yards before loosing it and was unable to recover the pig.

grin No I was too busy trying to watch the after shot than worry about the video. The end is where I put it back on the hanger.

Is there a trick to zooming in on the iphone while taking a video? I filmed a few things but can never get the zoom to work.

If you keep your hair short and your mouth shut, things tend to run a lot smoother.

I believe it is standard if you download the new Ios7. If not you can download the app videozoom2 and it will allow the zoom feature.

Here's the original thread last year when I built it. I used the iPhone 4 otterbox case. I upgraded to the iPhone 5 recently and just cut the ends off and it still holds the 5 just fine. I think the iPhone 4 case is much easier to mount than the 5 case would be.

If I remember correct, you use your fingers to pinch out.
