I bought 2 of their camera's several weeks ago and so far I like them, but I was just wondering how yall liked them over long term use? Have they served you well?

I had a couple. I can't say how well I liked them over long term use though, they didn't work long enough to tell. The ones I had were battery hogs too. Hopefully you got 2 good ones. Some people have no problems with them, most do.

A couple of years ago I would have told you they are junk. I have three of the newer ones that run on aa batteries and they have been flawless. I even got a full year of pics without changing batteries in one of them.

Mine have been working well, this is season 2. The ones I have use the C or D batteries. The trigger speeds are okay, sometimes I get the backend of the deer. The set up was easy and pic quality day or night is acceptable.

Maybe they have improved them. It was 3 years ago when I tried 2 of them and swore I would never buy another one. Good info.

I've had 2 of the "newer" ones and loved them. Had a hail storm blow through and shatter the IR lens so I went out and bought a new 7 Megapixel one and will know Friday how it's doing. I will say that they have chewed up the batteries pretty good. Mine seem to last 4-5 months on the highest setting with the 30 sec interval between pics. I just started using the video feature and think its pretty cool. Especially identifying the path of entrance for particular bucks I'm interested in.

Had 2 - hated them. Constant problems with both and battery life horrible. Would take ~ 30 pics then stop working. Sounds like same problem 007 had. Bought them cheap a couple of years ago - they take C batteries. Hope they're much better now, but I'll never know because I'll never buy another.

I've ran Wild Game cameras for about 4 years. I have 18 of them and run them in KS,TX and OK. They are simple to use great battery life and they last. I've tried them all Cruddebacks, Moultrie and I could go on and on. Until they start going to crap like Cudde and Moultrie did I will use them. I like em!

I had the C cell version and it worked fine but was a battery hog. I now the 2 of the AA version and have had no problems with battery life or image quality. A good camera overall.

We've got 4 WGI cams. Two of them are on their third year. They are the ones that use 4 D cell batteries. The other two are the newer ones that use 6 AA batteries. They have all proven to be good cams but the newer ones do get better battery life but not enough better for me to ditch the older ones unless they crap out.

I have one on its 4th year and absolutely no problems ( runs on D batteries), I have another one that runs on a 6 volt rechargeable battery, this is my third one as I've had to send the other two back due to problems. I still have problems where my current one takes a solid black picture during the night sometimes. As far as their customer service i have no complaints if you stay on hold long enough they will answer and have always made good on their product. I think I just got a bad model.

All of them I have had were terrible but they were better than the customer service. It is the worst. I have over two years of emails from them concerning the cameras and all the issues and nothing has been resolved. And the crappy service starts at the top with the busbice family and goes down. My opinion is that if the owners don't care no one else down the line will either. I wouldn't throw a warm bucket of piss on the whole place if it was on fire
When all is said and done, there's nothing left to say or do!
