I never got into the skull hooker type mounts, always worried about the skull coming loose and falling off.

But good luck for you and nice mounts.

Not sure how the skull hookers work but with these brackets there is zero chance of the skull falling off. Hard to explain without showing you first hand how they work but basically the skull is ty wrapped to the bracket in a way it cant slip off.
