thank you Tommy, I am more happy than I have ever been. I asked my wife if things were gonna change now that we were married, she replied "the only time things change is when you have not been truthful with yoir signifigant other for your whole engagement" and I guess she couldn't be more right. We have a 2yo little girl together and have considered ourselves married for a long time. I also have permission to go hunting when ever I wanted after the wedding happened(it was a text so I still have it in writing ) so let's get after some Eurasians Saturday if your done with football in time.

Congrats but I hate to inform you that you are screwed. First off you asked if things were going to change. To a man that is a straight forward question to be answered and forgotten. Now let me translate that to woman for you youngster. That means "Oh well if he asked me if it will change, then it must mean I have the lower to change it". So further analysis will reveal, by asking you essentially gave her permission to change it for you.

The permission to go hunting thing kills me. It will wind up being a slip knot on your neck getting tighter by the year. Never ask permission to go hunt. Tell them your going Anderson the crap hit the fan. Who cares if they get mad. Never ever ask permission to go hunting.

I got real lucky so far as wives. Even as kewl as she is with all my hunting and shenanigans, she still tried to takes the reigns and run the marriage. A man has to be a man and is commanded by God to be the head of the house. One is expected to keep his old lady in check especially when it comes to hunting issues.

Lol well I ask about hunting just to know what I will be coming home to, because I am still going, just want to know if I should be expecting a fight when I get home. In all honesty, I have been in a lot of relationships and had girls try to tell me what I could and could not do, and as you can see they did not last long. My wife is very understanding and knows there are much worse things I could me doing ([censored] bar, smoking bar, drinking bar, and numerous other dumb stuff) so she has never had a problem with me hunting, but I am also understanding that she wants time to herself also so I will watch our daughter while she goes out with her girlfriends to 5k runs and other things. We are understanding of each others hobbies and fully support each other. We have molded into one I know it's cheesy but I truly have found my soulmate and I don't need to be a knuckle dragging hard@ss all the time because she doesn't make me be. We respect each other.

Like I said though, as kewl as she is he is still female. Her DNA commands her to challenge her husband and a mans DNA is to quell the female challenges and restore order. That is how the world works.

Just remember if you pay a lot of attention to her now, which I'm sure you do, he'll we all do in the beginning. But soon as that attention slacks off a little 2,5,10 years down the road, that's when they start getting evil.
