is corp of engineers lakes affected by the shutdown?..camp out of bardwell lake..which is a corp lake

Hunters at Whitney maddern all get out. Paid for a week of camping, set up camp and an hour later gate keeper told them had to be out by 8 pm the next day. Refund will be mailed of course.
