There is lots of good deer around that part of Texas

We just got on a lease around there with blackbucks also. A lot of ranchers have them around these parts. We haven't seen a lot of deer but we have some nice ones on camera. We also have been seeing axis every time we go. Who is the landowner?

Sounds like a place we had in exact same area. 3200 acres with 10 guns. "Figure 3" ranch? This was in early 90s. Lots of good deer on that place.

There is no extra charge for the black buck. The lease is family friendly.

OK I have a correction and some answers for those of you who have had questions.

There is an additional fee for the Black Buck. If you kill a Black Buck over 18" it will cost you $500. Under 18" is $250. Does are free and the land owner would like to kill a few does every year.

Each gun is allowed 1 White Tail buck 8 points or better and 1 cull buck. The land owner wants every hunter to kill at least one doe every year. The total number of does to be killed will be determined annually.

There is livestock on the ranch including cattle and a few goats.

The lease is a year round lease and you are welcome to be on the ranch when ever you choose.

The ranch is located off 2085 (AKA Toe Nail Trail) and Harkey Ln.

Just to be clear I am not try to assemble a group. I am trying to find a group of hunters for the land owner. The landowner would prefer a family group or a group of friends. They would prefer to avoid leasing to a group of individuals who don't know each other.
