I wish man, but I have no clue where to begin.. Seasoning mixes, casings, etc. I am a decent cook, but I have no experience with this.

There's a place on Hwy 78 close to Buckingham. Don't know the name, but it's in an old strip mall with sign that says "Deer Processing". I've never used it. Let me know how it is if you decide to take it there.

Landers is great! You get YOUR deer back. He makes great sausage. Try the meatloaf as well. You get your meat back fast and he has alot of variety as far as sausage goes.

That's the place that I was referring to earlier, but didn't know the name. Good to hear some feedback on the place. I've wondered if that place was any good. How are the prices?

That's one heck of an offer.

I'm a small time guy, I only do like 10 deer a year. Give a man a fish and he lives for a day...teach him to fish and he lives for a lifetime.

Kube's is very good. I process most all of mine myself but Kube's is my second choice if I'm light on time.
