Who would be down to have a nice place with a good group of guys on a MLD level 3 ranch and wants to manage a quality deer heard? The ranch is really something special and very diverse with many improvements to the place. Ask any questions you'd like.

How many acres? How many hunters? Water and Electricity? hunters cabin/house? What part of san angelo? Guests allowed? Annual Lease or season lease? All game included? Do you feed protein? Are feeders and stands in place? How Much?
I hunted this area once and loved it. I was only 17 at the time. I have always wanted to find a lease in this area.

Is this a scam. Seems kind of strange that questions will only be answered via text.

Just a pain to answer all this on my phone I'm computer less while I'm out of town and this thing doesn't work well, but yes it is high fence 3/4 of the ranch as far a price goes we don't have an exact number of guys to have decided on to split the cost but it'll be around 3500 ish maybe Alittle less. The ranch is due south of wall tx, 7 miles no limits on any exotics they are simply extras. It has a very nice ranch that can sleep 12 very comfortably and also rv hookups, we will feed protein and out of 6000 acres there's 7 blinds 8 protein feeders this will convey and all seem to be in good to excellent shape

Your post from march says 4000 acres and now you say 6000, which one is correct?

This ranch is a new ranch Ive found from my friend thats been the biologist and over seeing the MLD program. The 4k acres is fine but the ranch just entered his ranch in a water shed program that requires major brush clearing.
