Crazy, just crazy...hope things go your way
First... teach a child to love GOD.
Teach them second... to love their family.
Third, teach them to hunt & fish... and by the time they reach
their teens, no dope peddler under the sun...will ever have a
chance to teach them anything. ---Cotton Cordell

I'd go out their at night while he's feeding them and fire off a warning shot...but that might not be a good idea

How long is your border with your neighbor? If its short, Id put up a fence so that your animals cant get to his fence. Kind of like making a pen between your place and his. Just a thought.

I like the suggestion but the fence is just to long, about 3km.
It seems like I've spooked the animals for now by visiting the site often and by peeing close to the feeding site. LOL

Feed his. Sounds like a real pain in the a. You know him better than us, so you'd know best how to nip this. Marking your territory (haha) was a good, subtle move.
