I spoke with him, it's for the full season on half the 30K acres after deer you get the whole place. I failed to ask number of guns and price but did PM him

The ranch is located in Borden County, TX. near the small community of Gail. The ranch is truly first class and we have wild birds this season. This lease also includes waterfowl hunting on over 60 large stock tanks that are brim full of water.
