Posting to see if any interest for archery guys. This is a place I normally hunt, but looking like I will be working in Africa for the month of October. It is 40 acres surrounded by dense trees. I have had a feeder on the back side of this place for about 5 years. The first bucks pictured are regular visitors. Here are the rules of this lease.
1. Only the paying hunter is allowed.
2. Only 1 buck to be taken & 2 does.
3. Lease will run from Sept. 28- Nov. 1.
The lease is located near Sunset in Montague County. It is 60 miles west of Ft Worth. This is my personal hunting spot, not a place that I day lease, So plenty of game. Some of the bad. One side has a county road running along it. The good is only about 10 vehicles a day travel it as most take another route. There is an oil well about a 1/4 mile away from the place. It is in the upper right corner in the last pic sat. pic. I also have about 25 weaned heifers running on the place. I will fasten them out of the pasture that you will be hunting. The feeder has hog panels around it, but hogs are regular visitors on this place. The last sat. photo shows the other side of the road outlined in yellow, it is 100 acres of dense trees for reference. I am working in OKC and can possibly show the place this weekend if my schedule stays clear. I don't have any bow blinds out, so that will be up to you. You have an excellent chance of taking one of these bucks. The price is $2000. I expect you to have money in hand when you come to take a look, no tire kickers. PM if interested.
