Ive been collecting and playing with Mosys and finally made a bad purchase. I ended up with an M44 carbine with a shotgun barrel, no rifling at all. I know these aren't really worth rebarreling but I thought a 91 action might make a nice piece of desk art. Maybe I will even rebarrel it someday!
Anyone know someone local who can remove the barrel? ts no good so destroying it is fine as long as the action isn't harmed.

These guys can tell you. If you collect Mosins you're probably already a member but if not, here's their site. MILSURP forum
