Over two centuries ago Chief Justice John Marshall wrote Marbury vs. Madison which established the doctrine of judicial review and elevated the SC to its present position. Two hundred years later, the Roberts decision did something that that had never been done before. It asserted the court’s power over two important constitutional questions, the Commerce Clause and the spending clause. Thus begins the slow and steady dismantling of the Theodore Roosevelt’s Progressive Movement, FDR’s New Deal and LBJ’s Great Society. It is ironic that Roberts has incurred the vindictive wrath of the very people that have long wished for the very thing that has been handed to them. It appears that some people are more interested in winning battles then wars.

Yea, thanks Justice Roberts, you gave us another drain on the American taxpayer and another entitlement program that will never disappear......we will forever be stuck with this "Tax" due to Roberts believing that he is somehow smarter than the rest of us that know full well where this is headed.......winning the War? Not hardly!

On that same line of thought, is the "fee" to get a CHL not just a de facto tax on those that wish to get their permission slip from the state to exercise their 2nd amendment right? but I digress

Yes, but that is in fact a tax for doing something, what Justice Roberts decided is that we can be taxed for doing nothing......therefore taxed for being born, totally opposite to traditional American thought.

Lets go burn a bunch of Qurans. Who's in? Oh, it's already been done by the dufus "preacher" in Florida. He was just expressing his 1st amendment rights. How many people got killed over that little stunt? Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.

None. Absolutely zero people were killed by that stunt.

Perhaps you think girls in revealing outfits cause themselves to be raped?
