what a stud! He's not kidding about the terrain. It's a leg and back killer for sure. Was this last year and in what unit?

Update to the boss man's NM hunt:

The boss man got his buck on the very first morning of a five day hunt...he spent the next four days trout fishing, shooting his bow and scouting elk. Well the buddy he went with spent the next three days putting the "up the mountains down the mountains" spot and stalk on quite a few very nice bucks with nothing to show for it but some close and VERY close encounters without scoring. Just like so many hunting shows you see these days.....it came down to the last morning of the hunt and what happens???? A successful stalk on a 190" monster that's what happened! Needless to say both these guys got their season started off in a very good way. This is 100,000 acres of mountains they were hunting and quite frankly I don't know if my knees would survive but..... I'm extremely jealous. grin
