So basically this weekend I got tired of cleaning up sawdust. So it's time to make a disposal system. Unfortunately the day I was going to build it (labor day) I spent throwing up every 15 minutes from food poisoning. Yesterday wasn't much better.

But tonight I gutted it out and got some work done. I built a double cyclone system to pick up all debry. I need a larger shop vac but this actually works very well.

Will post more pics with progress. Still need to add valves for when I am using what saw and so on

I have one of these. http://www.amazon.com/Woodstock-W2049-2-...+dust+collector

And another one of these. http://www.amazon.com/Oneida-Molded-Dust...+dust+collector

The Oneida works great, I don't care for the height that it sits, but I prefer how it works over the top one.

Yea DC that Oneida is nice. Eventually I wanna completely redo the shop with new saws, equipment, insulate the shop, etc. and will buy a commercial unit.

Saw this DIY online, and it actually works very well so far. But will have to install valves so that the suction is only directed towards one saw at a time.

SW, I really dont know, didnt even think about it.

Made some progress tonight

Built a valve system to make sure whatever saw I'm using gets 100% vac attention.

This setup actually gets the router fence and underneath.

Trial run. I routed this piece of MDF down 1" on each side and didn't have any residue on the floor

I also had that problem when I had a big shop, not it takes a long time to fill a 5 gallon bucket.

Nice East. 2 shop vac teed together for main line will certainly pull even more dust. Come out to FloMo and pick mine up!

That is awesome. You took it to a whole new level!

The most I've ever done, is to drill a hole through the discharge on my radial arm saw, so I could pin the shop vac hose to it. I trimmed out quite a few houses that way, without too much to clean up.
