I am new to bow hunting and am debating on a ground pop up blind or a tree stand. I was thinking ground blind because not everywhere has trees. Any suggestions?

I will be hunting out of a ground blind, I don't trust myself shaking like I do in a tree, plus the lease my church has only has smaller trees. If you've got any issues left over from the Army like me, I'd say stay on the ground.

don't for get the tripods....they work well when set back against trees that are otherwise to small for other stands!

I've got 3 set up at 3 feeders, I have one that I'm going to set up on a trail, and I've got 2 tripods.

I have treestands, Tripods, and a pop-up. I like my treestand the best, because I feel better concealed. I like hunting the pop up, but considering your often dealing with several sets of eyes really close to you, it is extremely easy to get busted in one. I like the height of a treestand also to give you a bit more scent control.

2 years ago I shot a doe from my pop-up, at 8 yards with about 6 more does standing in front of me. It was the slowest draw I have ever made. Practice shooting out of a pop-up too. Or a tree stand for that mater.
