Just wanted to show off my New browning A5 Mossy Oak shadow grass blades 3 1/2 inch!!! This gun is super sweet, and already been through 500 of light dove loads and it keeps spitting them out! I just ready to put it to work on some ducks!!

Saw a used one at the new Gander Mountain in Mesquite Sunday, they did not have a price on it yet.

Very nice, but i would have bought the 3" with 30" barrel.
You dont need 3 1/2 inch except if you hunt geese 60 yards up.
Plus the 3 1/2 inch are so loud, kick so hard and are so expensive.
I actually bought 2 3/4 duckloads this year.
Plenty.

Geese, turkeys, coyotes, hogs, cranes... I think the 3.5" was a great choice.

Needs? Since when do we care about needs? Yall should start a 3" vs 3.5" debate...it's never been discussed.

3.5" gun shoots 3".

3" gun doesn't shoot 3.5".

The choice is easy.

Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Only time I wouldn't recommend a 3.5" gun is if you're also trying to shoot light dove loads out of it. Some of the 3.5" guns don't cycle those so well.

I really like the new A5. I shoot O/U's, but if I were to go back to an auto, this would be the one.

I plan on getting one also. I'll take a black bolt though.

I'm ordering one today or tomorrow. My Maxus got stolen on Sunday night. I'm blaming it on Mack Brown.

Going with the A5 Stalker, all black, 3" 28" barrel...straight duck gun.

Hunting with a Cordoba for teal season. I'be being forced to provide ear plugs for everyone else in the blind.

Looks good. I have had one for about six months and browning has had it for about 5 1/2 of those months. The metal piece on the forearm fell off and they said that the part was on back order. Hope you have better luck with yours.

I looked down the chamber end of my 3.5" Maxus barrel and it is smooth from end to end so 3" for ducks will work fine. I bought it used so didn't have much of a choice. I do like having the option to throw some 3.5" at the gobblers and yotes when needed.

I do like the hump though and would love to have some classic A5s.
