You Sir have some serious stones. Ladies & Gentlemen the person pictured on the website for this company is Darcy Tkach, the same man who took $2200 from my family to book a Moose hunt that never happened because the money was "misappropriated". Turns out I am not the only one to send him money who never got a hunt booked and has yet to get refunded any money. I am also NOT the only one to lose money to him.

I am sure this will cost me any chance of getting my money back but I could not sleep at night if even 1 other person lost money to this man and I stood by said nothing hoping to get paid back.

Why would it cost you getting your money back that I have fully agreed to get you back? I never denied that your hunt and money did not turn out like it should have, however once again like stated it is being taken care of. Yes it is taking time as I have to get the money back as well in order to pay you the money back, which is rightfully yours!

I can also tell you and everyone else that my own company that I own and operate the funds are directed right to the outfitter and the client is in full contact with the outfitter as well as myself from day one. There is no money to us then to head office in the US of the company I was with and then to the outfitter and so on and so forth.

Yup you promised to pay and in 30 days ypu have refunded $0. So you have not had any money not 1 dollar to pay me back and repair the $2200 that was "misappropriated" but you have started a new company?

I have built my website 100% myself, I have not spent a dollar starting the new business, and with the business money I make I can start to make right on your situation as I said I would.

Actually the moneies go through head office not me! And if you are owed any money again I am personally taking care of anyone that this happened to. I have contacted each person and there were 3 groups that it happened to. So you can call me whatever slanderiss name you wish, however again it is being taken care of 100%. I can't say it any more clearer. Again there are numerous emails stating this will be taken care of that is why I am defending it on here as well. I have many many clients that booked and hunted through me that never had an issue when I dealt with it directly!!!!

Well, I'm confused. He worked for a previous company and now started his own, right? Wouldn't it be the old company you were mad at; unless Darcy was the sole person who receive the funds and sent them out?

However, it does seems weird that someone would try to pay you back if it were not their own doing.

I can understand if the money is still with the outfitter, and he is waiting on them to reimburse, which has an arguable point from both yours and his side. I do feel you should be reimbursed either way, and it sounds like he may be working on it. But if the money never went to the outfitter then I don't understand why you haven't gotten your money back either.

He left the other company behind because they were getting legal action taken towards them. Obviously they were breaking some laws so he is trying to get out early but you can't escape documents and the law.

Oh my gosh...I really can't believe that Darcy Tacht has the gall to post on this or any other hunting site. I booked a trip last May 2013 to Alberta Canada...paid in full to him personally, no other office involved. He kept the funds and has not to date once returned a call that I put into him. He gave plenty of lip service via email...bla..bla...bla you will be paid in full...nonsense. I have not heard from him or Mark, the president of Outdoor Connection located in Kansas.
He has done this to several individuals, over 10K in hunters funds have been stolen by this man....with no explanation. I sent funds last November to him. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN...HE HAS A TERRIBLE TRACK RECORD AND HIS FORMER COMPANY WAS OUTDOOR CONNECTIONS CANADA.... THE PARENT COMPANY IS OUTDOOR CONNECTIONS IN KANSAS.

Right Darcy.... you are a total fraud... You owe me $3,000.00 US...money that was paid directly to you via money order, you cashed the funds and kept them...its called theft. You will be hearing from the people you defrauded soon my friend.
