I listed this several months ago and leased it out. The leaser came down with some health problems and will not be able to hunt. So it's back up for last minute peope still looking
Property is 2 miles south of Lueders-Avoca. Property is heavy mesquite country, with a creek that runs thru center of property. Deer, turkey, dove, quail and hogs on property. Electricity on place, but no running water...Property sits just outside of Shackleford County....
Perfect father-son lease. Was asking 1600 dollars for place, but reducing to 1200.00 for this season
