the article says the pig was threatening a water fountain, I wonder if he was giving it the evil eye or just swine taunts. Geez next time just use the pistol

They don't work on deer either. A guy on my department tased a doe, it just made her run faster. They work great on people though!!! Any volunteers?

Gotta love them trailers. I wonder if it was a double-wide? I know the Brooksville area, you are correct, it probable was a double wide

Maybe if the people would have explained their position and what they wanted the pig to do, it would have cooperated.

Must have only gotten one probe in. I have been through Taser training twice, it aint no joke. Theres a video on the net of a taser taking down a rodeo bull. I love watching Taser videos. Gues cuz ive been through it and know how it locks you down. Skinner

The taser taking down the bull, is built for that kind of animal. It is not the standard L.E. issue. I have seen that video and experienced a brief tasing(from L.E. version). NOT FUN!!!

Taser only pissed off a young boar we shot at 4 years ago. It did not work. That wasn't my idea, that was one of my sgts' ideas  My other sgt. who is a hunter opted for the other................the 45s and his 357 mag . 5 pigs down that wonderful afternoon in the metropolis city of Slowdeatha. We had that piggy on the side of the house and I was holding a sheet of plywood to keep it there. Sgt shoots the Taser, piggy decides to shoot out through the plywood and who am I to stop a charging pig?? BTW, my ASP didn't work either as the great impact tool it's suppose to be.

Not sure they allow officers in Florida to carry guns with all the liberals around there. That cop is a dumba$$

You can steer a hog like a wheelbarrow if you grab them by their hind and lift them up like the handles. Just grab them by the and steer them anywhere you want them to go, easy as pie.
