I am working in the oil field bout 1 hour south east of San Antonio. I was wondering if anybody new of a guide they would recommend to get on some teal.

I have hunted with Abel at Top Flight in Columbus and had a bunch of good hunts with him.

That area has many many good guides. Look at the Garwood/Eagle Lake area. There are several advertising in the outfitters and section.
